Your private Morocco tour begins with a morning departure from Fes. Our first stop is Ifrane, often referred to as the “Switzerland of Morocco” because of its alpine-style architecture and clean surroundings.
Continue through the Middle Atlas Mountains to the cedar forests near Azrou, where you may encounter wild Barbary macaques in their natural habitat. Drive through the Berber town of Azrou before reaching Midelt, a town well known for its mineral mines and pleasant summer climate.
After lunch, travel along the spectacular Ziz Valley, famous for its thousands of palm trees and impressive oasis landscapes. Continue through Erfoud, renowned for its fossil workshops, before arriving in Rissani, where you may visit the traditional local market (on market days) and taste the famous Berber pizza.
